Message:

xhci: refactor splitting transfers

Allow nonzero offsets (not yet used bc. of other drivers), usage of
bigger chunks than PAGE_SIZE. The performance is now at 1.3 GB/s, when
using 16MB transfers (the current maximum) and without debug logs.
