Replace the current TCP/IP stack with a new one. Desired features:

  • No packet server
  • IPC and CLI for run-time configuration
  • Alternate IP data link types (IP-over-Ethernet, SLIP, PPP, etc.)
  • Allow multiple addresses per data link
  • Datalink hot addition and removal
