    35 The Microkernel devroom has been a part of each FOSDEM since its inception in 2012. Since then, 13 projects have participated in one way or another, delivering 40 talks and other contributions in total. The goal of the Microkernel devroom is to bring the various projects together and have them share ideas and cross-pollinate.
     35The Microkernel devroom has been a part of each FOSDEM since its inception in 2012. It has become a sort of an institutionalized tradition since then. To this date 13 projects have participated in one way or another, delivering 40 talks and other contributions in total. The goal of the Microkernel devroom is to bring the various projects together and have them share ideas, cross-pollinate and socialize. Each year the devroom is organized by one of the projects based on a system of rotating presidency.
