Description
The current way the start menu is stored in a SIF database, which is statically included in the sources means that the menu does not adapt based on what features the system is built with.
Each start menu entry could be in an individual file, but this has some challenges.
Ideally any change would be made before releasing, because now start menu is persistent and we would need to deal with upgrading it from one format to another. (upgrade being also in the works)
